According to the new data by Israel the health officials distributed the Coronavirus Vaccines from Pfizer Inc and partner BioNTech SE, assuming that this will protect the unvaccinated children around them. By January 30 one third of Maccabi Healthcare Services’ 1.95 million members above the age of 16 had received at least a single Vaccine dose. Distribution of the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine in Israel began in December, with eligibility extended to citizens and residents over the age of 16 which was some 69% of the 9.3 million population. People are deemed fully protected a week after receiving the second shot.
