Internet giant, Google is currently planning to introduce its newest operating system named Android Q in the current year. According to the report, the company also planning to have more new smartphones in the beta testing program before its annual Google I/O 2019.
The previous year, when Google had released the Android P Beta Program, its smartphone’s pixel range had received the new update immediately. Google has also revealed 7 non-Pixel devices that were suitable for the Android P beta.
For the current year, Google is planning to have a number of smartphone manufacturers imminent for the beta version, XDA Developers stated in the Android Developers Podcast.
“Last year, at Google I/O, when we launched the first beta, we had all these seven companies lined up and it was a really amazing experience.” Malchev stated in the report.
“The number is higher for the newest upcoming Android release, which I am really very happy about. I can’t reveal the precise numbers yet,” He stated.
In the previous month, all the details about Android Q’s permission and privacy settings had developed, as XDA developers excavated deep into the primary AOSP build of Google’s latest upcoming operating system.
As per the report, the privacy & permission settings of the latest version have been developed to provide users a clear look at which apps are exactly using what.
However, Google has already revealed that its I/O conference 2019 will take place from 7th to 9th May. The company will announce its Android Q operating system with other important software updates in this event.
